Anyone who contacts Digitalguitar Garage Doors should get a fair and honest experience. If you did not, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and is responsible for its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Digitalguitar Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

• Your name and contact details
• The date you reached out to us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened, and the outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will review the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
