How Our Network Works for You

Who You Will Talk To
Say you send a request on a busy morning. Soon after, an independent provider in our network may reach out. That person works for their own company, not for Digitalguitar Garage Doors. They are the one who will talk through the job and, if you agree, do the work.
What They May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. Having answers ready makes the talk faster.
- What is the door doing? Stuck, loud, crooked, or not moving?
- Did you hear a bang before it stopped?
- How old is the door, roughly?
- Is the opener working, or is it the door itself?
- Is anyone or anything trapped inside the garage?
Photos can help if the provider asks for them.
Questions to Ask a Provider
You are the customer. Ask anything you like.
- Will you give me a written quote before work begins?
- What does the quote include, such as parts, labor and haul-away?
- Is spring work or track alignment part of the visit?
- What warranty comes with parts and labor, in writing?
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
If an answer feels vague, ask again. A good provider will not mind.
The Decision Is Yours
Nothing about a request locks you in. You can compare more than one quote, take time to think, or say no. Prices vary by job, so a written quote is a useful tool for comparing.
If your door is stuck open or will not close, ask the provider about safe temporary steps. Do not try to force a door with a broken spring.
